Going on the Offense

“As Chair, I will ensure the California Republican Party continues its forward momentum while preparing for sustained success. By focusing on timeless Republican principles—freedom, opportunity, and accountability—we will inspire voters, empower candidates, and achieve meaningful victories across the state. Together, we can secure a brighter future for California under Republican leadership. I humbly ask for your support as we take this critical step forward.”

- Corrin Rankin

Corrin’s Vision for the California Republican Party

  1. Unity and Resilience: Build on our shared values to unify our party, empowering county committees, grassroots leaders, and volunteers to achieve unparalleled success.

  2. Solutions-Oriented Leadership: Move beyond being the opposition to lead as the party of solutions, offering real answers to the challenges Californians face.

  3. Election Integrity: Protect every vote by ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability in our electoral process.

  4. Broad-Based Party: Show Californians that the Republican Party is the home for everyone who values personal responsibility, freedom, and opportunity, regardless of background.

Corrin’s Plan to Build on Success and Lead the CAGOP into the Future

Taking Action for Lasting Results

  • Sustainable Fundraising: Transition to a stable, year-round revenue model to eliminate the boom-bust fundraising cycles. Implement a donor engagement strategy that builds a robust base of small-dollar supporters while cultivating relationships with mid-level and major donors.

  • Voter Registration Expansion: Build on recent registration successes with the largest Republican voter registration drive in California history. Focus on growing our base by appealing to individuals who share our values, inspired by Florida’s successful model.

  • Winning Campaigns: Provide candidates with the tools and resources to compete with comprehensive training programs, campaign support, and data-driven outreach initiatives.

  • No Precinct Left Behind: Ensure every precinct—rural, suburban, and urban—receives the resources, tools, and volunteer support needed to grow Republican numbers and win elections across California.

Strengthening the Republican Movement

  • Focused Messaging: Promote clear, consistent communication about Republican policies that solve the issues Californians care most about—public safety, cost of living, economic opportunity, education choice and parental empowerment. We will lead with solutions that inspire confidence in our leadership.

  • Ambassadors Program: Establish, train, and sustain a Republican Ambassador Program that empowers credible, respected individuals to share our vision in the mainstream media and social media with clarity and conviction across California.

  • Collaborating for Success: Partner with legislative and congressional leaders to amplify our message, ensuring voters hear directly from those working to improve their communities.

  • Hold Sacramento Accountable: We will not sit idly by while leftist politicians continue to raise taxes, increase the regulatory burden on businesses, and stifle our freedoms. Partnering with our Republican legislators, we will expose their socialist agenda and keep voters informed.

A Bold Agenda for California

  • Restoring California’s Promise: Support policies that address crime, secure the border, and manage critical issues like water shortages and wildfire prevention, all while protecting taxpayers and reducing regulatory burdens.

  • Empowering Central Committees: Support local Republican organizations and grassroots efforts to create a solid foundation for lasting success.

  • Expanding GOP Representation: Redouble efforts to win congressional and legislative seats to give Californians strong Republican voices at every level of government.

Building on Success

  • Proven Leadership: Build on strategies that delivered victories in competitive districts, ensuring tailored support, and replicating success across the state.

  • Modernizing Operations: Transition to advanced and proven systems to enhance fundraising efficiency, voter outreach, and campaign support.

  • Engaging Voters: Promote Republican values that resonate with Californians by focusing on solutions to shared challenges and promoting principles of freedom and opportunity.

  • Long-Term Vision: Develop the next generation of Republican leaders to ensure a lasting shift toward conservative governance in California.

ABOUT

About Corrin

Growing up in Menlo Park, Corrin Rankin started working at a young age in her father's bail bonds business he founded in 1968. She would later take over the family business after working for almost a decade with some of Silicon Valley's leading tech companies.

When the bail bonds industry came under threat, Corrin took action. She became a leader in the movement to protect the bail industry and take on soft-on-crime policies, like AB 109, being pushed by left-wing politicians in Sacramento. In 2014, when a George Soros-backed organization tried to abolish bail in California, Corrin challenged the lawsuit while then-Attorney General Kamala Harris refused to.

In 2016, Corrin served as an on-air surrogate for the Trump for President campaign and as a whip for Mr. Trump at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio. As the 2016 statewide coalition director for African Americans for Trump, Corrin was at the outset of a movement that would propel Donald Trump to the White House in 2016 and 2024.

Corrin was elected as California Republican Party Central Valley Vice Chair in 2021. During her tenure, the Central Valley elected new Republican Congressman John Duarte, and Republicans successfully defended Congressman David Valadao, who ran in a targeted district.

Elected as California Republican Party Vice Chair in 2023, Corrin has spent the last two years traveling throughout California, assisting with voter registration, fundraising, supporting Republican candidates, and growing our party. She also served as a national surrogate for President Trump's 2024 Campaign.

In her spare time, Corrin enjoys spending time with her husband, Arron, their kids, and grandkids.
